No spectator will be able to ignore any more the devastating effects of the massive desforestación and of the massive production of oil of palm on the biodiversity.

Green, a female orangutan, is alone in a world that doesn't belong to her any more. She is victim of deforestation and resource exploitation. It's an emotional film showing Green's final days. It was filmed in Bornedo and Sumatra.

The Last Continent (trailler), a Jean Lemire movie.

The biologist, explorer and filmmaker Jean Lemire, accompanied by a crew of scientists and filmmakers selected carefully, completed a 15-month voyage to the Antarctic on the Sedna IV, a schooner equipped with the latest communication technology.

The voyage was documented in the feature documentary film « The Last Continent » and in the scientific TV series « Antarctic Mission ». Students in hundreds of schools followed the expedition through satellite and internet links to learn about the vulnerability of marine and polar ecosystems in the face of climate change.
